             Welcome to my section on fitness advice and training tips. I find myself regularly having people, ranging from recreational fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes, ask for my opinion on various aspects of training and improving performance, based on my own personal experiences.

             Every few weeks I will post an article on different topics ranging from goal-setting, lifestyle management, nutrition, strength and conditioning, structuring training specific to goals and much more. Obviously any advice I give is no substitute to the advice of fully qualified and experienced professional experts in different fields, but hopefully will be useful and provide a good basic starting point.
